Project Background and Catalyst

ERTHE was contracted by Energy Solutions to support their work as Program Administrator for the IPA Illinois Adjustable Block Solar program. ERTHE has develop multiple standard operating procedures (SOP)s, including a template for the team, supported the program administration transition and management strategies, developed the approved vendor team structure, workplan and strategy, and RACI, supported development of the DEI workplan, developed the Consumer Protection Handling process flow, Disciplinary Action SOP and process flow and are supporting the completion of related deliverables.

Solution

ERTHE was contracted by Energy Solutions to support their Program Management, Operations and Startup planning, Consumer Protection Activities, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Activities, and Marketing and Communications for the IPA Illinois Adjustable Block Solar program administration. We worked with the Energy Solutions PMs to develop overall strategy and transition, process workflows, and operations strategies, including development of process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 

We supported development of consumer protection, operations, and trade ally management tools and best practices. We supported development of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, including increasing diverse trade ally engagement, community engagement, management, and operations. 

We reviewed processes and procedures, identified gap/barriers/areas for improvement, and developed improvement strategies for deployment.
